Patrick McInnis has been teaching improv for over 16 years, working with corporate audiences, performers, and healthcare organizations exploring the applications of improv comedy.
Before improv, Patrick spent years as a corporate trainer in both software and sales, building an extensive understanding of interpersonal communication and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP). He now integrates that expertise into every corporate training session to help teams get more out of their time together.
That corporate training background is hands-on and specific: Patrick has trained software applications for distribution and logistics teams, and led training and team leadership development for real estate groups as large as 130 associates.
Based in San Diego, California, Patrick personally travels nationwide to lead sessions, and calls on a small circle of trusted partner facilitators for larger or multi-city engagements.
